Pool Side Lounge (open Monday to Friday, 17:00 to 23:00 and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 15:00 to 23:00) is a perfect venue unwinding with friends or for business functions. The full glass wall panel displays the picturesque landscape and attractive pool deck.

The shuttle and friendly staff at the concierge entertaining and
patiently answering our questions on how to go to places

The complimentary breakfast was ptiful and breakfast buffet is boring
the food is very expensive; the tour groups were quite unruly

The view of our room was excelent (sea and sigma bridge) and the Hotel

There is nothing that can be called"5-star" about this hotel. The service and policies were ridiculous. I booked for 7 nights and the reception asked for a deposit that was worth the rate for 7 nights plus another HKD2500. The quality of other guests reflected the quality of this hotel- appalling. This is the first time I see guests leaving trash bags outside their rooms!

Hotel had an awesome view of the ocean and the area. Hotel itself very nice. Pool, gym, restaurant, the works. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Customer service was the best I have seen in years. Definitely a value for the cost.

Hotel was a little away from anything. Either had to take the shuttle bus to the MTR or take a taxi.

I appreciated the airport transportation service which only cost HK$180. The outdoor pool was nice in the evening too. The view is really lovely.

Close to airport but taxi drivers took three tries to get off at the
right exita sign would be helpful

We were very tired on arrival and wanted room service. I was amazed it
wasn,t offered until 11pm

New Hotel, everything was very good.

If you realy must to go on the internet there is no internet computers for the guests. There is only one internet computer in the lobby/front desk that you can use for internet booking/online theck-in.

I like the view from hotel but the service was very bad,upon arrive,
they give me the roomkey.. I was going myself alone through the floors,
to locate my room even though the bell boy was free.

Low price, Clean room, Beautiful view

The seat of shuttle bus is too small, and I didn't use the shuttle bus because of heavy rain. I can't understand why they don't drive the shuttle bus during heavy rain.

I really appreciate the quietness although I am not sure if I am just plain fortunate. I am thankful that I did not have to put up with noisy guests who blared their TV or talked loudly in the middle of the night.

Shuttle bus queue at Tsuen Wan station was a little messy. Some hotel guests were not used to queueing and simply rushed to board the shuttle bus when it arrived. Also, there should be stricter enforcement of limiting the shuttle bus to hotel guests as I noticed that on Friday evening, a number of people who are clearly local boarded the bus at Tsuen Wan MTR station.

The view,eight elevators,the pool,both saunas(dry and wet),danish dip,jazzusi,the large tv built in the wall,modern hotel and more.Very nice hotel.I would stay there again!!!!!
