432 stylishly decorated and furnished guestrooms are comfortable, spacious with pearl grey and lily white color schemes and include all the listed facilities. Our Executive Floor is situated on 15/F and 16/F, which encompasses 23 Executive Rooms, 17 Duplex Suites and two Executive Suites. Personal facsimile machines are available in all Executive Rooms.

All was Ok except the urine smell in th bath room the moment you open bath room door.

Location is convenient. Staff at reception and checkout are friendly.

Housekeeping staff are not friendly. They don't smile nor greet. Could help with a simple: "Good Morning.."

The hotel is located conveniently at the main street of Nathan Road and
easily accessible by mtr. But there should be some signages showing the
main entrance to the hotel which is located at the back of the building.
You may just miss the turn to the hotel entrance.

The hotel location was convenient for shopper, the subway right under
the hotel, if you travelling in group its better to take bus no a21 from
the airport to the hotel.

I wish that the escalator from the subway will run until midnight not 10
pm so that I dont have to go up the stair 3 level.

I like the room assigned next to the gym though we didn't have time to use it.

There are still some clients smoking on a non smoking floor. I think the beds are kind of hard to sleep on and not comfortable.The staff are not friendly. I think it would be nice to see them smile.

Very close to the mtr, kinda good for travel by using mtr and rooms are
quite good.

Can't see the Hotel sign when I walked on Nathan road from Airport
Shuttle Bus drop-off point.

y did the bathroom no manhole? Everytime during bath, have to be careful not to splash water out of the bathtub. U can't even enjoy taking a shower coz' at the end, it will be flooded.
