everything, staff were very obliging, gave us late check out until 3pm, and let us stay in the execetive lounge, also upgraded us to suite room

nothing, not much of a location if staying longer than overnight, in saying that the hotel do offer transport to Nathan road

closeness to tube and facilities at the hotel, easy to navigate on the tube to anywhere in hongkong although it is approx 30 mins to HK island that was our choice due to excellent rate

The shuttle service they provide is great. It is also close to the MRT. Rooms are clean

The walls are thin. We could hear next door using the bathroom as if they were in our room

I really liked the concept of the hotel, shopping mall and restaurants all in the building and the airport shuttle buses were very useful.

The location becomes a problem over a few days, and the bathroom was'nt very good. Asked for Non smoking room but got a smoking room.

The stay was very pleasant. The hotel room was comfortable and clean with friendly staff.

Some elevators were constantly breaking down but luckily there were a few very fast one running. The distance of the hotel from kowloon may prevent you from getting rest in between a full day of shopping.

I would not recommend this hotel for those who need non-smoking room and who are not ready to spent sleepless nights are there is a big chance that you will be accommodated to the party room. There only few non-smoking floors in this hotel and the staff did not mind our request for non-smoking room. But when the room was changed that we found ourselves to the room which appeared to be a party room with parties going on to the 4 a.m.After two sleepless nights even no apologies from the management of the hotel.

The staff were incredibly helpfull and extremely friendly. Very
knowledgable and provided constructive advise.

Distance from hong kong island. Few advertisements about hotel
restaurant food, special meal offers.

Lovely clean room,friendly staff and great location

There were no problems with the reservation and the room was good. However, there was a smell of stale cigarette smoke. But I guess this is to be expected. Staff was very helpful and the concierge spoke english. I would recomment this hotel, expecially at this price point.
