The view from highest floors, on sea and green mountings.

24 TV channels, most are Chinese, does not help a forigner to follow up world news + High internet prices, and No Wirless internet service.

The internet is free at the hotel lobby. And others is ok....

Breakfast charge is too expensive ....

Good size rooms, very clean and new, helpful and polite staff, excellent value for money.

Fire alams going off in the middle of the night (guest problem-smoking in non smoking rooms)

We can upgrate to waterview room when we checked in. The rates are reasonable.

The hotel staffs are not friendly enough to help and the facilities could not reach five star hotel's level.

Close to where we needed to be, very nice corner room, great staff.

hotel still under some construction, did not have a bar or snack area, no gift shop, housekeeping seemed to not have a check-list for room clean up...some times no water in the room, sometimes no wash cloths or shampoo/shower gel etc....also seems to be a tour hotel for Korea and Germany...guests are very loud and seemed to congregate in the lobby and was extremely noisy....business center is not in a room but in the lobby...

The decor of the hotel was very nice, the entire hotel was new and had a very fresh feeeling.

The noise level in the hallway during the morning hours was very very loud, the wrong wake to wake up on vacation. I stayed three days and at first I thought it was the guest contributing to the awakening noise. The next morning I finally walked out to same something, to discover all a long it was the maids allowing the doors to repeatedly slam shut onto the safe bolt latch while cleaning the rooms.

Jackie at reception, he went out of his way to help us get about Hong Kong, he was brilliant!

De restaurant en de hall zijn zeer lelijke en lawaaierige ruiimtes,eerder voor communisitische partijleden dan voor een liberale westerlingen
