Me and my children love the breakfast buffet. Fast service from the staffs. We like the harbour view. The ground floor entrance. It does not look like a hotel. The housekeeping also. They just make the bed but dont clean the other furnitures, cups and glasses. |

Good staff service, clean new room We were charged the equivalent of A$8 for each local phone call, a charge of which we were unaware as there was no information booklet in our room. In addition, we were given a cramped room with two double beds (and a third unwanted bed arrived mid-stay, which was then removed), and a view of some disgusting-looking tenements even though all rooms supposedly had harbour views. |

They upgraded our room, from gold to Platinum We had terrible service from the Duty Manager as we checked in. It was close to 12 am, we were being interrogated by him, asking why there was more than 1 booking from myself, same name, same room type and same credit card number. I told him I only booked through Booking.com. It took him 25 mins later to decide that he will check with the reservation centre in the morning. |

The hotel had fantastic views over the harbour. It was well situated to Nathan Road and the underground train system. Staff were always on hand and very curtious. Delivery of bags to the room could have been a bit quicker. |

The porters were excellent and very helpful!! 1 Minute walk to Tsim Sha Tsui. 15min walk to Ocean Terminal Shopping. Very convenient location Certain front desk staff were very rude. When a superior room with ocean views is booked, a room wih two single beds and a view of half built builidng is not acceptable. Two oranges cost 120HKD!!! |

The use of the executive lounge, the European turn-down service, the amazing harbour views, and the plasma TV. Some of the TV channels had English and Chinese sound at the same time - rather annoying. Also, the elevators had no floor memory - many guests seemed to find them frustrating. |

everything concierge staff were excellant front desk staff are very poor Coming back from dinner it was raining very hard. The steps are marble and are very slippery. As I was going up the steps I slipped and fell. I have hurt my knee and my elbow. When I mentioned this to the young caucasion clerk at the main check in desk he said to me "Oh, sorry. Are checking out now?" No "are you ok? Are you hurt?" He couldn't have cared less |

Near to the MTR Hotel staff at front desk should be review very slowed and lack of communication with manger in-charge,so customers suffered. |

The staff have all been very helpful and friendly. I wish there would be free in-room internet. At least would be better to buy a block of time and not be charged daily @ 100 HK. |

great location, nice hotel, good staff, nice room withgreat bed Lighting very poor, bathroom very small with shower over bath. Internet charges are high and unclear and a cup of coffee at HK$50 is ridiculous. |
