Hyvät yhteydet, ystävällinen henkilökunta (paitsi respassa). Vastaanotto ei huolehtinut asiallisesti pyynnöstäni saada huone aikaisemmin. Istuin lobbyssa 2h odottamassa, ja minun asia oli unohdettu. Vasta pyydettyäni uudelleen henkilökunta hoiti asiani. Huoneeni vahvistuksessa sanottiin huoneen olevan 36m2, mutta huone oli korkeintaan 10m2, joten en ole tyytyväinen vastaanoton palveluun. Valiltin asiasta ja antoivat huoneen, joka oli n 15m2. |
