Good location, flexi service (late check-out and departture date change), helpful staff especially 1 middle-age male staff at lobby, reasonable price, will recommend to others. No tissue in room, our room is Habourview but actually it's half view only |

Location is good for the harbour and shopping / entertainment areas Construction work, no parking available, charge for internet very bad in this day and age this is essential and should be free, costs the hotel next to nothing. |

Location. Room Upgrade on check in Construction noise was intollerable - from 9.30am till 6pm constant drilling. Awful. Would not recommend till April 2009. |

It was in a convenient location. The rooms were extremely small, wanted to charge an extra 3-400 dollars (totaling 7-800 dollars) for an upgrade that before was totaled at only $438. The beds were hard and hurt my back. The only nice thing about the hotel was location. |
