It's clean and it's so convenient to public transport (train/buses). The staff responsible for the swimming pool was late. We expected to use the swimming pool at 9AM. The staff arrived at 9:15AM. |

The room was clean and trendy. The staff were nice though they could have had more english speaking staff. The restaurants were mainly asian. Although I dont have a problem with restaurants serving local food, I would at the least expect them to serve other types especially vegetarian food. |

went and saw the local sites this was are first stop on a 6 month tour and we were very impressed as it is much nicer than anywhere else we will stay. we went to the local sites, hong kong and kowloon and disneyland. It is a long way away from centre which may put off some guests but the bus routes are incredible and they are so cheap and efficent that it had virtually no effect on us |

Courtesy of staff "Kitchenette" was pathetic. (Junior Suite) Two coffee cups & 2 tiny spoons, but no plates, no pan, no cooking utensils. Desk had lamp & very short broadband cable, but no electrical outlet! Had to power laptop across the aisle (trip hazard) |
