I was able to stay @ the hotel for a very low rate, thanks to booking.com. The place is nice, though the entrance via metropolis mall was under construction. A bit inconvenient if traveling by shuttle bus - it's a walk away. It's not so close to the bus stops, if you plan to be out to the city late @ night. |

We stayed 6 nights at this hotel. Location is not a problem, not in the middle of Kowloon which is good, and with the free hotel shuttle we could reach downtown in less than 5 minutes. Rooms are not as small as I had read, not huge but OK. Hotel pool area is nice, the gym as well. We loved the breakfast, a lot of choice and good food. Room furniture needs to be changed, too old. TV was small and old, did not like this at all. Shuttle service works well but only at 23:10, I would extend it a bit for those going for dinner or a drink downtown. |

Beautiful Hotel It's a bit out of the way. Also, we got a room that was at the farthest end of the wing. It was quite a walk from the elevators. |

As an example of how courteous and helpful the staff at this hotel were I was travelling with my elderly mother and ended up in hospital. The hotel staff were wonderful to my mother ensuring that she was able to be on her own until I was discharged from hospital and ready to continue on with our travelling. This is exactly what you need during experiences like the one we had. The bathroom was very small but we coped. |
