The rooms and the swimming poool were overally not as bad as we
expected..the restaurants were in good service..especially I recommend
Japaness restaurant..the food was not so excellent but the staffs were
in good manner...The Chiness restaurant was also ok..and the convenience
of metro was excellent in the stormy weather!!

Since there were many Harbour Plaza Hotels in Hongkong..many of our taxi
drivers dropped us at worng hotels...so I recommend the guests to hold
their address at all time..and show the driver...to make
sure..(eventhough we showed them...but they made mistake....)and the
staff at the front-desk were little out of mind when the typhoon
came..not professionals...

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was small but comfortable and
there was a fruit basket in the room. A nice extra.

After I checked in, when I went to the room the key didnt' work. I had
to go back down (with my luggage) to get it reset. I was tired already
so this was frustrating. These things happen, but an apology would have
been nice.

Very nice pool when usable. Excellent staff and also free return bus into the city centre

The location was perfect with small children. It was attached to a shopping mall that had inexpensive laundry service, a small grocery store, restaurants and food court. It was also located next to a rail station. The shuttle service to the Kowloon Hotel (the major jump off point) was indespensible! We got a suite that had an amazing view and plenty of space for us and our two little ones!

The hotel had a lot of little charges. They charged additional for internet but there was no indication of it on the website and laundry service from the hotel was outrageous and the staff is not helpful or courteous.

Hotel front desk was able to assist us to arrange all rooms on the same floor at a short time.

The shuttle bus service to the downtown area and the adjasent mall that have many resturants and grocery stores to buy water and ather items cheaper than the hotel room service.

The unfreindly attitude of the front desck staff. Also, the smooking room that I asked for smelled like an ash try!! They should have let fresh air into it or at least spray some fresh sents into it. Also, the beds are realy small and short for a person like me who is 6.1' tall!!
