In close proximity to the events we wanted to attend At the time of booking, we reserved a Deluxe suite,however at check-in, we were provided with a room with two single beds, which was clearly not a Deluxe suite. We were also told at the time of first complaining regarding the first room that there were no spare rooms. Only after advising we were moving to another hotel, did a room become available. Check in staff were being dishonest with guests |

Shuttle bus service was very useful to the conference centre, airport and food was excellent Noisy air conditionining - I had to move from room because it was so loud. |

Ease of check in and check out as well as the free hotel shuttle bus to Lane Crawford/Times Square Shopping Centre. Payment for internet use in room is out of step with other hotels that offer this service for free. |

its convenience. I am a returning HK resident and the location is ideal. Yes, I am, in my professional life promoting sustainability in buildings. The energy inefficiency of the Cosompolitan beggars belief. Housekeeping staff insert housekeeping cards in the master bedroom switch that they never remove. The aircon in every room is therefore on 24/7 even when the room is not occupied. |

Shhuttle service to Metro station Afterwards if u try to increase ur stay by a day or two,all courtseys disappear meaning cost goes up by atleast 30%. |

The central location is very convenient. The staff is ok. The free wireless internet connection in the lobby and main restaurant saved me a lot of money in international phone calls and other work related issues. The breakfast is poor, the same every day and most of it chinese style, few options for people like me who do not like chinese food. |
