rooms were a reasonable size This was a hotel with over the top reception, elevator and hallways. Once in our room, the wallpaper was hanging off, the bathroom had a plasticy feel not matching the more luxurious path up to the room. Offeres in the bar advertised in the information folder provided in our room had 'expired' and been replaced by more expensive options and minumum purchase requirements on drinks. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The internet was available in the bar while you were drinking the buy one get one free was a good idea. |

convenient to cross border bus and subway station It does not provide any drinking water even though there is a sign stating that tap water is not drinkable. the internet access charge is ridiculously high. Why should a hotel charge $20 to store a piece of luggage for the check in day? |

Loved the location, it was great for my girlfriend & me to travel everywhere. The hotel is getting a little old now, stayed in other hotels in Macau & Beijing around the same time that were a little more comfortable. |

Staff were very helpful, particuarly providing us a very late check out due to a personal situation Were first put onto a smoking floor (9th floor) and when we said this to the bell boy he said it was not a smoking floor. Our room completely stank of stale cigarettes and we requested reception to change our room which they did immediately to the 10th floor. This clearly floor stated no smoking floor unlike the 9th. It was not a good first impression when the bell boy did not know the difference. |

This hotel was centered in the Mongkok area of Hong Kong, and was great for it's location. the metro line just over the road, makes life easy. The bell hops were more then helpful, I am sure that if allowed they would guide you to the stores you wanted to visit. Their grasp of English was better then I expected and was very greatful for; as I don't speak Manderin or Cantonese. The beds were very, very hard. I weigh close to 90Kg and the springs almost never moved when I sat on the bed, let alone lay on it! The shower was hot and had lots of pressure so I loved it. Pay for wifi sadly PLEASE listen to information about wifi, it is consecutive use when you start it will run till it times out. You have been informed!! |
